TWO DAY TRAINING FOR NEWLY APPOINTED UPPER SECTION  CLERKS

ARA--------------------------A two-day on-site training program for newly appointed Upper Section Clerks (Court Clerks) commenced at the Bhojpur District and Sessions Court complex. District and Sessions Judge, Mr. Purushottam Mishra, inaugurated the program.

Organized under the aegis of the Bihar Judicial Academy, Patna, this training program is being attended by 59 newly appointed clerks. On the first day of the training, discussions focused on court structure, the duties of Bench Clerks and Officer Clerks, the G.R.C.O. (General Rules and Circular Orders), the various stages of criminal and civil cases, bail and remand orders, the preparation of cause lists via the CIS (Case Information System), and the disbursement of digital allowances.

Experienced judicial ministerial officers served as resource persons for the training, sharing their valuable insights and experiences. The training sessions were conducted by Judicial Magistrate Mr. Deepak Kumar Singh. The second and final day of the training is scheduled for May 10, 2026, and will cover topics such as record management, the functions of the Copying Department, inspections, correspondence rules, and the maintenance of administrative registers.
